Practice Policies
To ensure a seamless experience for every client
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of $100. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service.
Children & Guest Policy
To maintain a calm, safe, and professional clinical environment, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the treatment space.
We also kindly request that no more than one additional guest accompany you unless clear prior to appointment
Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened to avoid disrupting scheduled clients.
Full treatment fees may still apply for significantly late arrivals requiring rescheduling.
We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to allow for paperwork and a relaxed experience.
Treatment Deposits & Refund Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your treatment total.
Due to the medical nature of aesthetic treatments:
• All services are final
• No refunds are provided on rendered services
• Products purchased are non-refundable
• Results vary based on individual anatomy and response
